Today at Self-love Sunday on Conscious Speaks I lightly touch on:

1. How to create balance within "as above and as so below."

2. Why we may not believe in transformation work.

3. Connecting with God, Jesus, Higher Power, Buddha, etc...

4. Spiritual Awakenings are gifts that last a lifetime (whether on a break or pruning season).

5. Getting over yourself.

6. Today was an unplanned freestyle and blog reading.

Next week I will talk about: #Spirituality as an #insidejob and how #selflove is the best skill to use for #selfdevelopment and #selfdefense. 

Also, I will talk take a deep dive into my findings on “Fear Not”. I am still working on this, and will not jump ahead of myself.
