These days, there happen to be a craze and consciousness about loving oneself.

Every motivational speaker preaches it, Coaches preach it, even people who are not labeling themselves as anything are also preaching it. The funny thing is I see a lot of people everyday claim they love themselves but then their actions most times either comes from a place of Ego-love or the actions doesn’t even show that they love themselves. Everyone seem to be living in a facade of loving themselves and it begs the question “How do you know you genuinely Love yourself?”
