With over 15 years of experience conducting strategic and investment analysis, David Wells Jr. founded the Family Capital Strategy firm in 2019. David is the Chairman of the Board and Chairman of the Investment Committee for the private trust company of a 75 member Midwestern family. He was recognized in 2017 as one of Nashville’s Forty under Forty and in 2019 as a recipient of a Nashville Emerging Leader Award – Financial Services Industry. In 2020, he was recognized by the Nashville Post as part of their All Star Board. 1. Using an outline is really important. You need to have a sense of where you want to go. 
2. Don’t worry about the length of your book. 
3. Test out your ideas. Write a shorter version of your chapter/book idea and test out the feedback.
