It has been said that we are our own worst enemies.  In some ways, I believe that is true.  We have brought many of our problems by the decisions and actions we have chosen.  If we are honest, we really cannot blame anyone else.  But, there is hope for us all and today we talk about where and how we can find the answers we need.
