Following on from Season 2 Episode 36 'Self-Sabotage'

Dear fellow Black Queens, most of us are on a constant journey of healing. With regards to the traumas in the workplace, we work through traumas in jobs in the next role. Can we discuss how we self-sabotage as a result of the trauma we have experienced?
 
Self-sabotage:
When we actively or passively take steps to prevent ourselves from reaching our goals.

In this episode, I also reference a recent employment tribunal case. The appellant sued her employer for discrimination based on her belief that her employer forcing her to return to the office would put her at risk of catching covid. The judge ruled against her claim.
