My guest today is Phillip Agrios. This clearly superior Doctor Phil is here to share his three decade journey that led him to the root of self-sabotage. He presents his findings and helpful wisdom on what we are all doing wrong, including me.

Honestly, Dr. Phil is a fun guy, but seemed a bit hesitant to give away much of his system. That might be because if we could figure it out, we wouldn't need to pay for the coaching. But it's impossible to know.
