One of the biggest struggles people have is accepting that things are not as they would like them to be.

Constantly thinking about how they hate their boss, their job, their in-laws. Wanting things to be different than how they are.

This takes up a lot of energy, and it keeps the mind occupied and focused on what you don’t want.

To really be able to focus on and create what you do want you will need to go through neutral first. This is the place of acceptance.
