Hayden Crabtree is a real estate investor out of Atlanta, GA that specializes in value-add commercial real estate with over $40M in transactions under his belt at the age of 24. When he was in college, he realized the traditional route was not for him and bought his first investment property at 21 years old. When taking the real estate investments course, he owned more investment property than his professor.
