Self-Worth Meditation: See Your Unique Value

Listen Later

You don’t have to rebuild alone.

Inside The Rebuild Compass, I share everything that helped me heal, grow, and create a life I love, and you’ll find a community of others walking the same path.

You can also find my meditations on Insight Timer and YouTube

We so often feel pushed to compare ourselves to others, but finding self-worth is about recognising our own unique value.

This meditation is designed to guide you back to your inherent worth and help you connect with the qualities that make you, you.

Through gentle affirmations and visualisations, you’ll release comparisons, embrace your strengths, and recognise the potential within.

Join me in this practice to feel more connected to your self-worth, grounded in your value, and inspired by the power of your individuality.

Journal Prompts - Self-Worth

* Identifying Unique Qualities: What are three qualities or strengths that make you unique? How do these qualities contribute to your life and the lives of others?

* Letting Go of Comparisons: Reflect on a time when you compared yourself to someone else. What triggered that comparison, and how did it make you feel? Write about how focusing on your own path and strengths could shift your perspective.

* Seeing Your Worth: In what ways do you show self-respect and honour your own worth? List some small actions you can take each day to reinforce this sense of self-worth.

* Affirming Your Value: Choose one of the affirmations from the meditation (or create your own) and write about what it means to you. How can embodying this affirmation help you approach your goals or relationships?

* Recognising Potential: Think about an area of your life where you’ve doubted yourself. What potential do you see within yourself that you might be overlooking? Write about steps you could take to bring this potential to life, honouring your worth and capabilities.

(You can choose to use them all or just pick one or two.)

Why use these journal prompts?

Journal prompts can be incredibly helpful because they provide a structured way to explore your thoughts and feelings, encouraging deeper self-reflection and personal growth.

By guiding you to consider specific aspects of your experiences, journal prompts help you uncover insights and patterns that might otherwise remain hidden.

They can enhance your meditation practice by allowing you to process and internalise what you've learned, bringing a greater sense of mindfulness and self-awareness.

Through regular journaling, you create a valuable space for self-expression, clarity, and emotional healing, making it an essential tool for personal development and well-being.

If you're looking for a way to start your mornings with even more intention and mindfulness, my 21 Days to Mindful Living Meditation Course might be just what you need.

This course is designed to help you build a deeper connection with yourself and others, one day at a time. Through short daily guided meditations and journal prompts, you'll learn how to cultivate love, gratitude, and abundance, perfect for starting or ending your day.
