In this episode we talk about nurturing darkness and how our darkness plays a special role in our growth.  Darkness serves a purpose until it doesn't anymore and when it doesn't serve a purpose we are finally ready to dive back into it and look at it through a loving lens.  

If we continue to deny our not so pretty sides, we will always be denying ourselves and therefore doing ourselves a disservice.
