Dhani Jones is an accomplished former NFL linebacker, multipreneur, venture capitalist, media personality, and philanthropist among other things—the list goes on and on. He is currently serving as an ambassador for Stand Together and Café Momentum. With the support of the Stand Together Foundation, Café Momentum offers a 12-month internship program aimed at uplifting justice-involved youth. In this episode, Dhani touches on his desire to pour into something greater than himself and attributes his intrinsic benevolence to his career as a middle linebacker. He also speaks to the power of collaboration for young NFL players interested in giving back, but not necessarily starting their own foundation. About the Hosts
The “Giving Legends” podcast is hosted by 9-year NFL vet Hannibal Navies and 15-year NFL vet & Super Bowl champion Charlie Batch. Both Hannibal and Charlie have been recognized off the field for creating community impact via their foundations – 360 Sports Academy (est. 2007) and Best of the Batch Foundation respectively (est. 1999).
