Sarah Came in and talked about the "Collective Group." A team she is building which provides the freedom for agents to go under their own identity and build up their own personal brand before the teams. Sarah goes on to provide a-lot of value to newer agents from her own experience as well as speaking on education in the "New age."  The conversation finishes off with Sarah explaining what it was like seeing extreme poverty when she was younger and the affects it had on her career!
