I often see sales managers doing things the hard way. They haven’t quite figured out the secret to selling. They don’t understand how to get warm leads and how much more easily those warm leads convert into sales than cold leads. It’s extremely important to follow the path of least resistance in your sales first and foremost. Do the things that yield the most fruits and do them consistently.
