Welcome to the Riverside Neighborhood!

We are currently going through a recession as we conclude 2022 and head into 2023.  Not to mention we are in the winter season and everyone is taking time off.  Home appreciation is still there and inventory is still pretty slim.

The Riverside Neighborhood is the oldest neighborhood of Everett, established in 1892.  Located between 19th Street (North), Pacific Avenue (South) and Broadway (West) and the Snohomish River to the East.  Frederick Sexton is the architect of Riverside that brought us buildings such as the Rudebeck Hall, Hotel Everett and the Brue Building.  

Everett is still predominantly an owner occupied community and a great place for first time homebuyers.
