Welcome to the Delta Neighborhood!

We have stickers, so reach out to us if you'd like one, or if you spot us around the neighborhood say, "Hello!"

North of 19th Street, east of Broadway, and bordering along the Snohomish River you are going to find the Delta Neighborhood.  It is home to the Everett Community College Campus, that has a satellite building for Washington State University.  We are happy to be on site today.  

From the development of new affordable housing in the Park District to some of the original Donovan houses, there is a home for everyone.  Be sure to check out staples of the Delta Neighborhood like the Triangle Trading Post, or hop across the river to Smith Island and walk Langus Park.  Be sure to keep an eye out for the proposed foot bridge across the river in the future.
