New Jersey Senator Bob Menendez has officially resigned from the United States Senate following his felony conviction in July. He says he’ll continue to appeal the verdict. The Governor of New Jersey has appointed George Helmy to finish out his term. If a Senator from Utah were to resign the office, how would that spot be filled?
