Mississippi's Supreme Court says the state Republicans' attempt to create four unelected special circuit court judges in Jackson, which is more than 70% Black, is unconstitutional.  I'll be joined by Impact Policy Counsel for the Mississippi Center for Justice to discuss this victory. 

Nine Memphis deputies are indicted for the beating death of an inmate, and the five former Memphis police officers accused of beating Tyre Nichols to death have a federal trial date.  

A new report uncovers the connection between Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas and the Koch Brother's network.  I'll explain how this connection indeed questions Thomas' case decisions.
