Senate Bill 110 proposes to increase the axle weight limit of trucks carrying forest products on Alabama roads and bridges and ultimately undo the progress made under Rebuild Alabama. If enacted, Senate Bill 110 would expedite the deterioration of pavement on county- and state-maintained roads, increase the number of bridges that are posted with weight restrictions and, in turn, threaten the safety of the driving public.

Senators are asked to protect Alabama drivers and infrastructure by OPPOSING Senate Bill 110.
