I’ve been following S.B. 206 for a while now, happy to see that they didn’t back down from the threats made by the NCAA. In this episode I clarify what the Bill does, who's involved and I go over the threats made by the NCAA, however from what I read if the NCAA follows through with their threats they'd be in violation of anti trust laws which would put them in a bad spot. To be clear I'm no expert in the area of politics haha, just believe that this something that needed to get some attention. This is Monumental, and could change the CFB landscape forever.
