He also talks about the push for additional school choice in the state - a push that's been blocked by some of his Republican colleagues in the State Senate.
Eigel also talks about the response to the passage of Amendment 1 (aka "Clean Missouri") and why he supports Republican efforts to put parts of that back on the ballot in 2020.
