Senator Karla Bigham represents Minnesota District 54.  She has been a longtime public servant and has a passion for making her community and the state of Minnesota a better and cleaner place to live.  Most recently she has co-authored a bi-partisan bill to legalize sports gambling.  This vote will face a major challenge but she makes some really compelling points as to why it should it should be passed.  She also gets into the State budget issues and where we are at with the new Federal relief allocation.  Lastly, we discussed how the State views decriminalizing Cannabis and/or adding the cannabis flower to the Medical program.  I can't thank Senator Bigham  enough for her time and her candor.  Enjoy Senator Karla Bigham Unrestricted.
