Victorian Premier Jacinta Allan has refused to rule out a push to exempt Indigenous Australians from the land tax including stamp duty as part of upcoming treaty negotiations. It follows calls by prominent Indigenous elder Aunty Jill Gallagher who said Aboriginal people must be exempt from the tax and council rates.
