Many believers in Christ ask God to "use us for His glory", but I am not sure if we understand what we are actually asking God to do in being "used". The bible is very clear that in order to reign with Christ, we have to first suffer with Him. Maybe not just as He suffered, but there is a level of sacrifice and suffering that produces a maturity and humility in us that MUST be present before we are sent. Send me is a prayer conversation God and I had about the call on my life. Has God sent you? Okay... What has died, is dying or needs to die BEFORE He sends you?
