Texas Governor Abbott dropped off a bus load of illegal immigrants at Kamala Harris’s house. Right at her front door. It’s funny. But is it Constitutional?

In the past few weeks, several states hammered with illegal immigration problems started providing transportation services so that illegal immigrants could be sent to certain states that had indicated a special willingness to take responsibility for their care. These immigrants were the people that the Federal Government had otherwise abandoned.
