Guest: Betty Gonzalez is a mediator and educator of the Great Lakes Legal Mediation Division. She is a graduate of Madonna University with a bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies and is currently a paralegal at the Elder Law and Advocacy Center, a division of Neighborhood Legal Services.
