    Seana has over 15 years of experience in training, facilitation, organizational development and consulting.  She works with staff across all levels at UC Riverside, and with leaders across the UC System.  She manages various leadership programs, and facilitates professional and personal development classes.  Seana holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and is certified to administer various personality and behavior assessments.
