Debbie Chulick is a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) and an Education Specialist working at Alzheimer’s Resource of Alaska. Before that, she was the Activity Director at an assisted living facility. Chulick has more than 12 years of experience working with elders, those with dementia and their families. Originally from the Cleveland area of Ohio, she’s lived in Anchorage for the past 15 years and graduated from Alaska Pacific University, earning a degree in Human Services. Chulick is passionate about empowering individuals with dementia, their families and professional caregivers to provide exceptional care for those experiencing dementia.
