     After working in higher education for 7 years, she transitioned into her role in corporate L&D about 2 years ago. Since then, Emma has designed and implemented a company-wide onboarding program, developed eLearning courses, and facilitated train-the-trainer sessions. She is currently working on a leadership development program with the goal of enhancing managers' capabilities in onboarding their new hires. Emma leads with creativity, care, and collaboration, and sees herself as a problem-solver.
