Our International Restructuring team recently welcomed three incredible female partners to our cohort, who each bring a wealth of expertise and a unique perspective to the firm. We invited them to join us on the podcast for a special two-part episode, to discuss their experiences and views on diversity and inclusion within the restructuring marketplace, as well as consider what’s on the horizon for women working in the legal profession.
 
In part two, Roya Panahi welcomes back our new partners, Sarah Letson, Pippa Hill and Trinh Hoang, to focus on ‘making the conscious decision to progress and the challenge of carving out space for a different kind of partner’.
