Hey, y'all! I'm Trez. I thought I would start the conversation about why it is so important to learn how to use at least some technology as we age. Based on my personal and professional experience, seniors who had a little bit of comfort with technology seem to be able to adjust to newer technologies as they get oldere. If they strugled with just the basics then they either refused to use things that are too complicated. If you or your loved one(s) decide to keep on learning just a little about the tech and gadgets that are by default in their lives, the next thing they will be bragging on how they learned to do this and that.If you have found this video/podcast please share it with your parents or a older family friend. You never know, it may have a positive impact on their lives.I have a website/blogsite that has articles and links to help with learning how to use technolgy as we age as well as tips for aging in place.
