Minister Patricia Marrero was born and raised in College Station, TX., the seventh child of fifteen children (seven girls & seven boys) born to Ree Vee and Vernon Thompson.

She has eleven siblings. She joined the Army in 1989 at the age of 31 and served 29-1/2 years. Patricia held various positions such as Behavioral Health Specialist, SARC Coordinator, First Sergeant (Upper Management), Operations Manager. She retired on June 29, 2018, and became a licensed minister on May 17, 1999. She has two adult children (son and daughter) and one teenage grandson. Patricia recently married on July 16, 2021, to Kenneth Joe Marrero. Now a blended family of seven adult women, two adult men, and twelve grandchildren (five girls and seven boys). She is currently living in Melbourne, FL.
