Sometimes I think of all that many people miss out on in life by not paying attention to their senses, and the fact is that they are much more powerful in certain situations, such as the moment just before falling asleep, when we are alone and in silence in nature, but above all when we close our eyes. Although it may seem a contradiction, it is not, because closing our eyes intensifies the other senses and allows us to see in a different way, a reality behind the one our physical eyes see.

Silence above all and states of deep meditation make these senses, the human senses, stronger, like smell and hearing. It is wonderful to experience this intensity of the senses in such circumstances. The design invites you to close your eyes, while listening to the music and perceive the colours of another reality.

The design is made entirely in Photoshop CS6, without the use of AI, for which I arranged 8 royalty-free images in 23 layers.

To develop the background I used several images, the first one a watercolour on which I arranged in two layers an image of a texture, using the mergers of overlay and focal light. Then I made five layers of an abstract image in the form of waves where the top three layers left only the centre. The blends I used are: focal light, soft light, darker and normal colour, adding to the last layers an added edge filter to highlight them. I used a more abstract image that I laid out in two layers with mergers of lighter colour and focal light.

On three layers I used the image of the bird in different positions with darker colour blending. One of the female faces I placed in two layers on both sides of the design with lighter colour blending and then in the centre I worked on the other face in three layers with darker colour blending, strong light and lighter colour blending, leaving only one side of the face in the latter and erasing the rest. About this I generated another layer more from the waves with the fusion of colour blending more darker.

With the linear overexposure fusion I arranged the image of the butterflies in two layers, previously erasing the background, and with the darkening fusion I arranged the image of the drops in two layers also in two parts of the design.

The animation is done completely in After Effects, working on the opacity of each layer and adding lights in the form of clouds for better contrast.

A veces pienso en todo lo que muchos se pierden de la vida por no prestar atención a los sentidos, y es que estos se potencian mucho más en determinadas situaciones, como el momento justo antes de dormirnos, cuando estamos en la naturaleza a solas y en silencio, pero sobre todo cuando cerramos los ojos. A pesar de parecer una contradicción no lo es, porque el cerrar los ojos intensifica los demás sentidos y nos permite ver de otra manera, una realidad detrás de la que ven los ojos físicos.

El silencio sobre todo y los estados de meditación profunda hace que estos sentidos, los humanos, se hagan más fuertes como el olfato, el oído. Es maravilloso experimentar esta intensidad de los sentidos en esas circunstancias. El diseño invita a cerrar los ojos, mientras se escucha la música y percibir los colores de otra realidad.

El diseño está realizado completamente en Photoshop CS6, sin uso de IA, para lo cual dispuse 8 imágenes sin derechos de autor en 23 capas.

Para desarrollar el fondo usé varias imágenes, la primera una acuarela sobre la que dispuse en dos capas una imagen de una textura, usando las fusiones de superponer y luz focal. Luego hice cinco capas de una imagen abstracta en forma de olas en donde las tres capas de arriba dejé sólo el centro. Las fusiones que usé son: luz focal, luz suave, color más oscuro y normal, añadiendo a las últimas capas un filtro de bordes añadidos para resaltarlos. Usé una imagen más abstracta que dispuse en dos capas con fusiones de color más claro y luz focal.

En tres capas usé la imagen del ave en distintas posiciones con fusión de color más oscuro. Uno de los rostros de mujer lo coloqué en dos capas a ambos lados del diseño con fusión de color más claro y luego en el centro trabajé el otro rostro en tres capas con fusiones de color más oscuro, luz fuerte y color más claro, dejando en esta última sólo un lado del rostro y borrando el resto. Sobre esto generé otra capa más de las olas con la fusión de color más oscuro.

Con la fusión de sobreexposición lineal dispuse la imagen de las mariposas en dos capas, borrando previamente el fondo y con la fusión de oscurecer la imagen de las gotas en dos capas también en dos partes del diseño.

La animación está realizada completamente en After Effects, trabajando la opacidad de cada capa y agregando luces en forma de nubes para un mejor contraste.
