This will avoid having a lookup table in your mind, which will slow you down.) For each sentence, try to head-copy it. First, the words and abbreviations are sent in Morse code. Then it is spoken. And finally, it is sent again in More code. If you missed it the first time when it was sent, the second time allows you an opportunity to learn the words.
