We all face different situations in our life's that lead to separations. Life have its pros,& cons not everyone who call you friend is a real friend. I had to make a decision about changing my employer. I wasn't happy and the situation was getting worse. Being pass over by people without a high school, or GED, diploma because they are somebody friend.
