Erica Baird and Karen E. Wagner are retired corporate lawyers and mothers, who have now embarked on a new journey- to defy stereotypes, change attitudes and create a modern image about older women and retirement. They co-founded their website, Lustre, to give voice to their mission and reflect the power, style, energy and engagement of the boomer women who broke the mold in the workforce and are now breaking the mold in retirement.
