Intro:  Is it hard to relate to the lost sheep?

I.  Who Does Jesus Care About?

A.  Who are “His” sheep?

1.  A group that can/will ultimately be His

2.  No one identifiable group

3.  I don’t know who is and who isn’t in the group

B.  Lost sheep

1.  Those who are wandering, but are baptized

2.  Those who have not been part of the “flock” so far

3.  These people come in all types

4.  We were once lost sheep

5.  Our “brotherhood” with lost sheep

II.  Who Is Looking for the Lost Sheep

A.  Jesus is

1.  We don’t lead the search

2.  We are only brought into the search

3.  How does He do this?

B.  Our role versus His role

1.  Availability

2.  Sharing a heart for the lost

3.  Understanding what you can’t do

4.  Spirit led inclusion in the process

Do you feel like you value the salvation of other people?  How do you show it?

Are there certain groups of people you dislike or dismiss as permanently lost?
