This was on a weekend that Alex was going to visit me. During 2016 I had custody of our youngest son Kevin because his father did not want custody of him he only wanted custody of our older son Alex and told me that unless I took custody of Kevin then I would not have custody of either child. In this podcast my older son Alex is describing the physical and verbal abuse that he was having to endure from his father and pleading with me to do something about it. In this recording Alex was describing his father cussing at him calling him fucking Alex and knocking him over and harming him. I have turned over evidence of these recordings to precinct 4 and also to CPS in Harris county and they have yet to do a formal investigation or press charges against my ex-husband for physical abuse of our older son Alex. My ex-husband was awarded custody by the Harris County Family Court system by Judge Prine in spite of his history of being abusive to myself and to Alex. The attorney for the children Kelly Fred she was also aware of my ex-husband’s abusive past and that he was capable of being abusive.
