September 16th - Do 50 squats and 50 Wall Push Ups before each meal

A great tip from The 4-hour Body by Tim Ferriss is to do 50 wall pushups and 50 squats before you eat. This will deplete your muscle of glucose so when you eat, more of the food will be absorbed by your muscle and less by your liver. If your liver grabs it, then it will turn it into fat. 

If you're in a restaurant or at work, go to the bathroom to do them if you feel uncomfortable exercising in public. This only takes 2 minutes to do but it could save you from buying larger clothes.
