Hour 1:

Meathead, from Amazing Ribs, stops by to talk some tailgating tips, what gear to have, what drinks to drink and so on!  Be sure t tune in to get your tailgate up to speed.

We continue with Meathead and talk on topics that are hot-buttons in the industry right now.

Hour 2:

In the second hour we visit with BBQ expert and icon, Steven Raichlen.  Steven will also cover some tailgate items, he is also hosting a web-based class this weekend, we’ll talk cheese-steak and more!

We cap the night off with the hottest cook on the KCBS circuit, Tim Grant of TRUEBUD BBQ.  Tim and his team or in the midst of a 5 event in a row win streak.  We will see what is winning for him and what flavors he is seeing on the circuit as well.
