During Jesus ministry on earth He frequently went off by himself and prayed. He went to solitary places to be alone and commune with God. Undoubtedly, he recognized that the hustle and bustle of everyday life provided endless distractions which can interfere with our prayer and devotions. It is said that God cannot steer a parked car, and a car cannot move forward unless it is in DRIVE. In our life, how do we know which way forward is without speaking to God, and listening to his roadmap for our life. Devotions with God, and devotion to God provide our roadmap.
