This month we are going back to simpler times and simpler complaints. Something I guarantee you  will be seen on every single shift for the rest of your life. The dreaded . . . SORE THROAT!!! And as boring as that topic may seem, it’s common and it’s fraught with pitfalls, perils and unsatisfied customers. For this month, to ease you into it, we start with the dangerous etiologies as we coast into the mundane in October.
