September is over and we’re here to give you some real estate insight in our monthly market update! In September, we saw:

- Total sales down by 1.5%, but prices up almost 5% year over year.

- More people are fearful of selling as buyers are not finding homes available to purchase.

- In Phoenix, we’re out of our 3rd Quarter slump!

- Increase in listings up 10% this time last month.

- Phoenix’s listing count is 16,000 active homes.
