1: What should the America First stance on CEO pay ceilings be?

2: CEOs who start companies should have a higher pay ceiling than those who inherit a company.  

3: The government should cap CEO pay, but should not incentivise being poor or overestimate the worker.

4: The Government might need to intervene in business from time to time. However, it is not effective most of the time.
