We also touch on Senator Kyrsten Sinema, an Arizona Democrat, defending the filibuster, Jury selection beginning in the trial of members of the Oath Keepers, a far-right militia who were charged with seditious conspiracy in the Jan. 6 Capitol attack, and hoe the Montana Supreme Court blocked two new laws – one that would eliminate Election Day registration, and another that would make the state’s voter ID law much more strict.
