September 2nd - When eating an elephant take one bite at a time

When you're taking on a huge challenge it can be overwhelming like trying to eat an elephant, but the best way to finish that huge task is just to take it one step at a time and be patient with the process. To lose 50 lbs, just focus on losing the first pound, and then once that pound is gone, go for the second one until you get to 50 pounds. If you try to lose 50 pounds in a week, you can cause some serious damage. So take things slowly but be consistent with your actions.

If you're going to school and have a huge paper in front of you. Just do it in chunks so you avoid having to pull an all-nighter to finish your paper. This will help you get your tasks done without losing all your hair. Don't quit now because it feels overwhelming, just start on the smallest step first, then take the next one, and keep stepping until you reach your destination. You will be amazed at how much you will get done in life if you just take enough steps and don't worry about the distance.
