They do start with a lowlight, as the Phillies were swept by the Cubs and are losing control of their postseason destiny. Max and Steve reflect on what the issues are and if the season can be salvaged in a wild weather weekend in Washington D.C. (00:55). The Eagles face the Jaguars at home as Doug Pederson returns to the Linc for the first time since he was fired, and Max and Steve debate on if the Eagles can cover the spread (10:10). Penn State starts home conference play against Northwestern where rain is expected to impact play (20:32) whereas Temple opens conference play on the road to a Memphis team that is looking to extract revenge from last season (28:28). The Union are back in play this weekend against Charlotte, trying to secure the top spot in the East and get a leg up on LAFC for the Supporters Shield (32:55). Finally, Bets of the Week (36:07).
