They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer. 43 Everyone was filled with awe at the many wonders and signs performed by the apostles. 44 All the believers were together and had everything in common. 45 They sold property and possessions to give to anyone who had need. 46 Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, 47 praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved.      Acts 2:42-47

A healthy church is a learning church  

I solemnly charge you in the presence of God and of Christ Jesus, who is to judge the living and the dead, and by His appearing and His kingdom: preach the word.        2 Timothy 4:1

Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly.       Colossians 3:16

Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.      2 Timothy 2:15

A healthy church does life together

A healthy church is a church that worships Jesus

If then you have been raised up with Christ, keep seeking the things above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God.     Colossians 3:1

My heart is steadfast, O God, my heart is steadfast; I will sing, yes, I will sing praises.     Psalm 57:7

A healthy church is a gospel sharing church

…praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved.        Acts 2:47

Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men.      Mark 1:17

Those who had been scattered preached the gospel wherever they went.     Acts 8:4

A healthy church is a serving church

All the believers were together and had everything in common. 45They sold property and possessions to give to anyone who had need.        Acts 2:44-45

Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world.    James 1:27

Let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.      Matthew 5:16
