March 17, 2025 ~ Lucy Ann Lance talks with Serena Solis, Communications and Customer Experience Specialist, Girl Scouts Heart of Michigan for this week's Community Cares. Originally known as the Girl Guides of America, the mission of the Girl Scouts is to build girls of courage, confidence, and character, who make the world a better place.  The organization has grown to nearly 4 million members, and while it has adapted to the evolving world through the years, one thing hasn't changed:  it's ability to empower young women to be and do their very best.
