i listened to this twice it was light and airy funny and serious the chacters were different and the reader was very Good when i said listened twice i ment in just a couple of days i dont know what you will think of it but i thought it was delightful

Great story!

I am a fan of romance novels and would like to read and/or listen to more Christian based novels. However, it has been my experience that most Christian based novels are just not believable, even considering a different time in which the story may unfold. Cathy Marie Hake seems to be able to overcome this by making the principle characters of her novels real people with real problems and shows how God can create good from what is or could become bad. I recommend any Cathy Marie Hake novels and encourage all to read or listen to them. Interestingly, these novels are surely marketed for the Christian audience but the values are such that those of any faith would benefit.

The heroine in "Serendipity" is by modern standards extremely backward but her heart is not. The hero is someone who many women wish they could meet in my opinion. This is a delightful story! I hope all enjoy it as much as I did.

This book was well written and also well read, I enjoyed the fact that the personalities were life like in their struggles and conflicts and yet they find a way to work through them in God's way.

This is a typical Hake novel--pushing the limits of my patience in its length, but a good story if I keep with it
