Sereniah Breland is an experienced City Manager with a demonstrated history of working in government. She is skilled in Emergency Management, Public Finance, Administration, Environmental Awareness, and Management and is often referred to as a strong community and social services professional.

Sereniah currently serves as the City Manager of Pflugerville, Texas, and has served in administration for the cities of Alvin, Goliad, and Sugar Land, Texas, and Guthrie, Oklahoma.

Prior to serving in a governmental capacity, she graduated with her Master's degree is Public Administration focused in Public Affairs from The University of Texas at Dallas, and from Stephen F. Austin State University with her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
